John Austin

John Austin is an attorney and President of Campbell County Economic Progress Authority, Inc., a non-profit whose core mission is to aid in the acquisition, retention and development of land for commercial and industrial purposes. In 2003, he graduated with a B.B.A. from the University of New Mexico, where he worked as an aide in the U.S. and State Senates. John went on to enjoy stints in the law offices of Peckrel, Shaeffer & Ebeling in Ohio, and the chamber of Judge James A. Parker of the United States District Court. In 2007, he received his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law, and is now licensed to practice in Ohio and Kentucky. Upon arriving to northern Kentucky, John served as Senior Policy Advisor and Government Relations Manager to the Campbell County Fiscal Court.

Although new to Greater Cincinnati, he has quickly immersed himself in public service and political involvement within the community. John currently sits on the Legacy Steering Committee, where he serves as President-elect. Additionally, he is a member of the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, Kids Voting Kentucky Board of Directors, Northern Kentucky Forum Steering Committee, Boy Scouts Dan Beard Council Nominating Committee, International Economic Development Council, Campbell County Leadership Action Group ("CLAG"), The Greater Cincinnati Foundation, and the Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Kentucky and American Bar Associations.
